The "T" and Rich Dueling Piano Show requires TWO full hours to load-in, set-up, and sound check (THREE hours for wedding receptions.) For most private and/or ticketed events, "T" and Rich will arrive TWO hours before your earliest guests are scheduled to arrive (THREE hours before wedding receptions.) At the conclusion of your event, "T" and Rich require TWO full hours to tear-down and load-out their equipment.
The "T" and Rich Dueling Piano Show requires TWO separate and dedicated 20-amp circuits for power (i.e. TWO standard wall outlets - each on separate breakers - that are NOT powering any other equipment or devices.)
The "T" and Rich Dueling Piano Show requires a stage and/or set-up area that is a *minimum* of 20' wide by 8' deep with a minimum of 8' clearance above the entire set-up area (24' wide by 12' deep is ideal if it is available.) "T" and Rich do NOT provide an elevated stage and/or risers. "T" and Rich will set up on the floor level if a stage is not provided. If a stage is provided, it is absolutely CRITICAL that it meets the MINIMUM 20' wide by 8' deep dimensions with 8' of clearance above the entire performance area. If a stage is provided, it is recommended that it be between 12 and 18 inches in height.
"T" and Rich require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure any date. The balance is due on the date of the event, in person, before "T" and Rich leave the premises of your event. (Please make all checks payable to: The "T" and Rich Dueling Piano Show.)
"T" and Rich will be traveling in a single Chevrolet box truck. This truck is 10' tall, 8' 6" wide, and 25' in total length (for comparison purposes, it is similar to many typical commercial 20-foot moving trucks.) This truck can NOT be parked in any parking garage due to its height, and it requires (at least) TWO end-to-end parking spots on the end of a row (for maneuverability) in an open-air parking lot. Adequate, reasonable, secure, and legal parking accommodations / arrangements must be made in advance (at the time of booking), by the client, at the expense of the client, for this vehicle during "T" and Rich's LOAD-IN [for two hours before the event] and LOAD-OUT [for two hours after the event]. Such parking must be either at a designated loading dock (preferred) or at another location that is as close to the service entrance doors as possible. If "T" and Rich will be required to move their truck after their LOAD-IN: additional adequate, reasonable, secure, legal, and nearby (i.e. reasonably close walking distance) parking accommodations / arrangements must be made in advance (at the time of booking), by the client, at the expense of the client, for this vehicle for the duration of this entire event plus two hours before and two hours after. These requirements are absolutely critical for venues that don't have their own open-air parking lot parking lot and/or venues that are located in downtown locations that require "T" and Rich to acquire parking passes or obtain security clearance to use the service entrance or loading docks. "T" and Rich will invoice the client for any and all additional and necessary parking expenses that they incur while executing any booking agreement.
